RTX 5080 Super (24GB GDDR7, 256-bit bus, 10,752 CUDA cores), RTX 5070 Ti Super (24GB, up from 16GB) and RTX 5070 Super (18GB, 192-bit) are reportedly built and already with board partners.

Nvidia has instructed partners to hold the launch — the cards are ready, the pricing isn't.

3GB GDDR7 memory modules cost $60-70 each versus roughly $20 for the 2GB modules current RTX 50 cards use, per TrendForce's July 20, 2026 report.

The likely new launch window is Q4 2026 to Q1 2027, possibly timed to a CES 2027 reveal — nothing is officially confirmed by Nvidia.

This is the second consecutive RTX 50 Super card GDDR7 pricing has delayed — the RTX 5070 Super was shelved on the same excuse months earlier.
