The nuance: training and deletion
Here's the part worth reading twice. Higgsfield holds a limited license to run the service and to improve its models. In its own words: “Higgsfield holds a limited license to run the service and to train its models: it ends when you delete your content or your account, and deleted content isn't used for training going forward.” But deletion isn't a full undo — “content already in trained models can't be removed from them.” So deleting stops future training on your content; it can't unwind training that already happened. There is a limit on what you can do with the outputs: per Higgsfield, “Sections 5.1(iii) and 5.2(iv) prohibit using outputs to train, fine-tune, or distill any AI model, competing or not. The only exceptions are models you train on your own inputs, or uses Higgsfield has approved in writing.” That won't affect selling images, but it matters if your plan was to use Higgsfield outputs as training data for another model.
