If we got something wrong, tell us — this is the message we most want to receive. Include the article URL and what's wrong, and we'll fix it in place with a visible update stamp rather than quietly editing it. Our editorial policy explains how corrections are handled.
Tips and story ideas
Launches, price changes, filings, benchmarks, something broken that nobody's covering — send it. A link to the primary source helps more than a summary.
Press and PR
We read press releases but don't republish them. If you're announcing something, the useful things to include are specifications, pricing, availability dates, and official imagery we're permitted to use.
Privacy requests
To access or delete any data we hold about you, email the same address with "Privacy" in the subject. In practice the only personal data we store is a newsletter email address — see the privacy policy.
Response time
Aliteq is a small operation, so replies aren't instant. Corrections get looked at first.
