GTA 6 console bundles: what's actually on sale (US)

"GTA 6 bundle" is climbing the search charts, and there are plenty of pages promising one. So I went and looked at what US retailers are actually selling, instead of repeating what someone expects them to sell. The answer this morning was nothing, at least not yet. That's still useful, because it tells you exactly what a real bundle would have to beat.

Those totals use Amazon.com prices, not third-party sellers, plus the $79.99 Standard Edition. The PS5 Pro line uses Sony's $899 list price because the Pro was unavailable at PlayStation Direct and only offered by a reseller on Amazon, at $1,299.49. When an official bundle is announced, compare its price with the matching line above. A bundle is only a deal if it comes in under these numbers.

Should you wait for a bundle?

• If you want to pre-order the game now: do it. Pre-orders before 20 November get the Vintage Vice City Pack, and buying the game now doesn't stop you buying a console later.
• If you need a console and prices are fair today: the DIY totals above are real, available prices. A bundle might beat them, or might not exist.
• If you want a PS5 Pro: it's out of stock at Sony's $899. Waiting, whether for restock or a bundle, beats paying a $400 reseller premium.
