Best AI anime video generator: no big model is built for anime, so start from your own art

Kling 4.0 on Higgsfield is our pick. Its maker documents animation styles, tells you how to prompt them, takes up to 10 reference images of your character and runs to 30 seconds. Seedance 2.5 takes more references but says nothing about style. And no franchise characters: Higgsfield blocks them.
