Wan 2.2 is the open video model to run. It's Apache 2.0, its 5B version fits 8 GB with ComfyUI offloading and the 14B runs at 640x640 on a 24 GB card. MiniMax H3's weights are out, but its licence excludes the US. The GPU tier for each setup, and when renting a GPU beats an app.
