Yes. Marketing Studio's Product Link tool turns a product page into a vertical video ad, but Higgsfield's compare table lists the UGC builder and ads on Plus and Ultra only. A 15-second 720p ad was quoted at 75 credits. The hard part isn't the tool, it's the FTC rule on fake testimonials.

What does Higgsfield's Product Link tool do?
Product Link is a Higgsfield Marketing Studio tool that builds a video ad from a product page. You paste a URL, or pick a product you've already added, and Higgsfield writes, films and voices the ad for you.
Higgsfield's Marketing Studio help article puts it this way: "Paste a link to your product page, or pick a product you've already added, and Marketing Studio builds a video ad ready for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. No filming, editing, or brief is needed."

From Higgsfield's Marketing Studio help article and pricing page, read 26 October 2026. We didn't make a video ad ourselves.
Links don't always parse. Higgsfield's own fix is to "Upload product images directly, or switch to the prompt path and describe the product manually." Marketing Studio has two more entry points besides templates and Product Link:
Ad Reference: upload "a reference ad you're allowed to use", add your product, and Higgsfield "recreates the reference's structure and format with your product in place of the original." Note the word "allowed": copying a competitor's ad you don't have rights to is your problem, not Higgsfield's.
Prompt path: describe the ad yourself, choose image or video, attach the product and, if needed, an avatar.
People in ads come from the Avatar picker: a ready avatar from the gallery, an AI Influencer, or one of your own. Higgsfield says reusing the same avatar "keeps the same face in every ad." Our talking avatar guide covers the lip-sync side.
What kinds of ads can Higgsfield Marketing Studio make?
Marketing Studio sorts its templates into seven categories, and Higgsfield says three of them make images and three make video. The table below is copied from the help article, with the output type from its footnote: "Product shot, Ads, and Marketplace templates make images; UGC, Motion, and TikTok templates make videos."

Two related tools sit next to Marketing Studio. Higgsfield's changelog says Ads Studio (30 September 2026) turns a website link into static ad creatives, up to 20 per product per batch, and Ad Multiplier (6 October 2026) recreates a video ad with your own characters, products and locations.
Higgsfield is upfront about one weak spot: "Voiceover and pacing in UGC videos can vary by generation: review before publishing." To change a video, you generate it again. Image results can be edited afterwards.

Which Higgsfield plan do you need for UGC ads?
Plus or Ultra, going by Higgsfield's own pricing table. The "Access & Features" section of the pricing page marks both "UGC builder" and "Higgsfield ads" as "Not included" on Free and Starter and "Included" on Plus and Ultra. One thing doesn't line up. The Starter plan card still lists "Higgsfield Ads Studio: 10 free gens", the same as Plus and Ultra, while the table says ads are not included on Starter. We couldn't test Starter, so treat Plus as the safe minimum for ads and check the plan card before you buy. The table also doesn't say which Marketing Studio templates count as "Higgsfield ads"; our reading is that it covers them.
Business plans (Team from $65 a seat billed yearly, Scale and Enterprise) are a separate tab and don't use this table. If you're comparing plans on more than ads, see is Higgsfield worth it.
How many credits does a Higgsfield ad cost?
A 15-second 720p UGC-style video ad was quoted at 75 credits, and a product photo at 2. Higgsfield's help article doesn't publish a price list: "It depends on the template and the output you request. The exact credit cost is shown on the Recreate or Generate button before you confirm."
So we asked Higgsfield's own cost check. Through its MCP connector, the Marketing Studio video model returns a credit quote without generating anything. Here is what it gave us on 26 October 2026, with sound on (its default):
12 seconds at 480p: 42 credits. 15 seconds at 480p: 52.5.
12 seconds at 720p: 60 credits. 15 seconds at 720p: 75.
15 seconds at 1080p: 195 credits.
Turning sound off left the 720p, 15-second quote at 75.
That works out to 3.5 credits a second at 480p, 5 at 720p and 13 at 1080p. The model takes 12 to 15 seconds per video. For product photos, the Marketing Studio Image model quoted 2 credits at 1K or 2K and 4 at 4K, and our real generation was charged exactly 2.
Credits for one Marketing Studio video ad (Higgsfield's cost check, 26 Oct 2026)
12 s, 480p42 credits
15 s, 480p52.5 credits
12 s, 720p60 credits
15 s, 720p75 credits
15 s, 1080p195 credits
Two caveats. Higgsfield says MCP generations "always deduct credits" at standard rates, while the website can draw on a plan's free generations (each paid plan card lists 10 Ads Studio free gens), so the web price can be lower. And our quotes didn't include a template, avatar or hook, which could change the cost.
What one ad costs in dollars, and how many a plan buys
This is our arithmetic: Higgsfield's credit quotes times what a credit costs on each plan if you spend all of them. One 15-second 720p UGC ad is about $2.48 to $3.69, depending on the plan and billing.

These are best cases. Higgsfield itself warns that voiceover and pacing vary, so plan for re-rolls: if a usable ad takes three tries, the 75 becomes 225 credits. At 1080p the same Plus allowance makes 6 ads, not 16. Our credits guide explains when credits reset and expire.
Can you use Higgsfield ads commercially?
Yes on any paid plan, and the ads plans are all paid. The pricing table marks "Commercial use" as included on Starter, Plus and Ultra and not included on Free. Higgsfield's ownership help article goes further and says commercial rights "follow from the Terms of Use for all users".
The Terms of Use back that up. Section 4.4 says Higgsfield doesn't claim ownership of your outputs "nor does it restrict your commercial use of Outputs." For ads, the conflict barely matters: UGC builder and Higgsfield ads aren't on Free anyway, and free outputs carry a visible watermark.
Three clauses in the same Terms apply to ads directly:
Likeness: you can't upload someone's face or voice without permission (s.4.2, 5.3). A "real customer" avatar built from a stranger's photo is out.
No pretending it's human: s.5.2(xi) bars claiming outputs are human-made.
Disclosure: s.5.5 says "Where required by applicable law, you will disclose that Output is artificially generated or manipulated."
Outputs also aren't guaranteed unique: other users can get similar results. Our can you sell Higgsfield AI images page covers ownership and resale in full.
Do TikTok and Meta require you to label AI ads?
TikTok asks advertisers to flag AI content with a toggle, and Meta labels some AI ads itself and requires disclosure on political and social-issue ads. Neither platform treats an AI-made "UGC" video as ordinary creator footage.
TikTok: its Ads Manager help (updated September 2025) says advertisers "need to assess if their ads contain AI-generated content". The criteria cover content that is "either completely AI-generated or significantly modified by AI". If it qualifies, you switch on "This ad contains AI-generated content" during ad creation. Spark ads follow TikTok's organic AI-content rules instead.
Meta (Facebook, Instagram): its help page on AI in ads says AI info appears on ads fully created or materially edited with Meta's own generative tools. If the image has "an AI-generated photorealistic human", the label sits "next to the "Sponsored" label at the top of the ad." For social issue, election and political ads, "advertisers are already required to disclose if the image, video or audio are digitally created or altered".
Meta, organic posts: Meta requires a disclosure for organic "photorealistic video or realistic-sounding audio that was digitally created or altered" and says it reads the C2PA and IPTC "AI generated" signals (Meta Newsroom, 2024). Higgsfield's Terms say it may embed C2PA-style provenance in outputs.
Several marketing blogs report stricter TikTok and Meta ad-label rules from mid-2026. We couldn't find those changes on the platforms' own pages, so we left them out. Check each platform's ad policy on the day you launch.

Can an AI avatar say it's a happy customer?
No. Not unless a real customer actually said it. This is the rule that matters most for AI UGC, and the one most "UGC ad" tutorials skip. The FTC's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials went into effect on 21 October 2024. The FTC's announcement says it covers testimonials that "misrepresent that they are by someone who does not exist, such as AI-generated fake reviews, or who did not have actual experience with the business or its products or services".
The rule lets courts impose civil penalties for knowing violations. That doesn't ban avatars outright. The FTC's Q&A on the rule says: "The rule has no blanket prohibition on the use of AI-generated avatars in marketing." It also says actors portraying testimonialists aren't covered "unless the underlying testimonials were fake or false", while warning that this can still be deceptive under the FTC Act.
In plain terms, for a US seller:
Fine: an avatar demonstrating the product, reading features, or showing how to use it. Nobody is claiming a personal experience.
Risky: an avatar saying "I've used this for three months and my back pain is gone." Nobody had that experience. If it isn't true of a real customer, it is a fake testimonial.
If you use real reviews: keep the wording faithful to what a real customer said, get permission, and don't make the result sound more typical than it is.
An AI presenter can demonstrate a product. It can't speak as a customer who doesn't exist. Illustration made by us with Higgsfield, 26 October 2026. · Generated with Higgsfield (GPT Image 2) by aliteq
This is our reading of the FTC's own pages, not legal advice. If testimonials are central to your ads, ask a lawyer. Higgsfield's "same spokesperson across 30 ad variations" feature works for demos. It shouldn't be 30 invented customers.
What we couldn't verify
Ad quality and performance. We didn't generate or run a video ad, so we can't say how convincing Higgsfield's UGC looks or whether it sells anything.
Website prices for ads. Our video quotes came from Higgsfield's MCP cost check at standard rates. The Recreate button on the website may show a different number, especially when free generations apply.
Template and avatar costs. Our quotes had no template, avatar or hook attached, so a specific template could cost more or less.
Starter's access. The compare table says ads aren't included on Starter, yet the Starter card lists 10 free Ads Studio gens. We had no Starter account to test.
Ads Studio pricing. The tool needed a brand set up before it would quote, and we didn't create one.
US prices. Our pricing data came back with a Danish country code. A US visitor may see different prices or promos.
The reported mid-2026 TikTok and Meta ad-label changes. We found them only on marketing blogs.
Our verdict
Higgsfield can make UGC-style ads from a product link, and at a few dollars a clip the tool isn't the expensive part. It suits a small seller or marketer on Plus or Ultra who wants many video and image variations to test without filming. Budget for re-rolls, and review every voiceover before it goes out.
Skip it if you only need product photos now and then, which cost 2 credits each but still need an ads-enabled plan by the compare table. Skip it too if you need real customer proof. Synthetic testimonials are exactly what the FTC rule forbids, and filming real customers can't be replaced by AI.

Quick answers
Can Higgsfield make a video ad from a product URL?
Yes. Marketing Studio's Product Link tool takes a product page link and builds a video ad for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. If the link doesn't extract, Higgsfield says to upload product images or describe the product in a prompt.
Is the Higgsfield UGC builder on the Starter plan?
Not according to Higgsfield's compare table on 26 October 2026. It marks UGC builder and Higgsfield ads as included on Plus and Ultra and not included on Free and Starter.
How much does a Higgsfield UGC ad cost?
Higgsfield's cost check quoted 75 credits for a 15-second 720p Marketing Studio video, 42 for 12 seconds at 480p and 195 for 15 seconds at 1080p. That is about $2.94 for the 720p ad on Plus billed yearly. The website shows the exact cost on the Recreate button.
Do I have to label Higgsfield ads as AI?
On TikTok, ads that are completely AI-generated or significantly modified by AI need the "This ad contains AI-generated content" toggle. Meta labels some AI ads itself and requires disclosure for political and social-issue ads. Higgsfield's Terms also require disclosure where the law requires it.
Can an AI avatar give a customer testimonial in my ad?
Only if it repeats a real customer's genuine experience. The FTC's rule, in force since 21 October 2024, bans testimonials from people who don't exist or who had no actual experience with the product.
